Job Title: CRM Executive (Customer Service – Voice, Email & Chat Process)
Location: Marwah Centre, 4th Floor, A & B Wing, Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Piknik Hotel)
Shift: Rotational 9-hour shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs
Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in customer service (voice + chat)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic CRM Executive to join our customer service team. This role involves managing customer queries through voice calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (voice process – 80%)

• Respond to customer inquiries via email (10%) and chat (10%)

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Prior experience in both voice and chat processes is mandatory

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
