We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients (contacts provided by the company) to generate new business for exhibition/trade show stall design and fabrication. You will also be responsible for building early strategies to engage clients before exhibitions and maintaining records for future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
Present and promote our exhibition stall design and fabrication services.
Develop and execute early engagement strategies to capture clients ahead of upcoming trade shows and exhibitions.
Maintain a well-organized record of client contacts and interactions for future exhibitions and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and explain proposed stall designs effectively.
Actively listen to client feedback to ensure their needs are accurately captured and communicated to the design team.
Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned targets for lead generation and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless execution of projects.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of design concepts (familiarity with exhibition/trade show stall designs is a plus).
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking to plan and execute client acquisition ahead of trade shows.
Ability to maintain organized records for future outreach.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support is preferred.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
