Full Time
We are looking for a result driven Sales Telecaller to join our team at Pratik Photography to drive business growth for our commercial photography studio. In this role, you will reach out to potential corporate clients, e-commerce brands, advertising agencies, and local businesses to promote our commercial photography and videography services (product shoots, corporate headshots, editorial, and brand campaigns). Your primary objective will be to identify high-potential leads, present custom photography packages, and secure bookings or client consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients using provided leads, cold lists, and inbound inquiries.
Consultative Pitching: Understand client visual branding needs and pitch relevant photography packages (e.g., e-commerce cataloging, brand campaign shoots, industrial/real estate visual media).
Deal Closing & Appointment Setting: Handle initial price inquiries, overcome objections, and either close sales directly or schedule detailed consultations for account managers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate logs of calls, client requirements, follow-up dates, and conversion statuses using our CRM software.
Client Relationship Building: Maintain warm relations with existing corporate clients to drive repeat shoot bookings and retainer agreements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative production and operations teams to stay updated on studio capabilities, pricing tiers, and shoot availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience in media, marketing agencies, production, or advertising is a strong plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette; strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Understanding of Visual Media: Basic understanding of photography deliverables (high-res files, retouching scopes, licensing, usage rights) to handle client queries effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms, basic Google Workspace / MS Office, and handling virtual call setups.
Target-Driven: Self-motivated mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Base Salary: Fixed monthly competitive salary based on experience level.
