📢 Job Opening: Telecaller / Senior Telecaller

Company: PNG Group of Ayurveda

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience).

🔹 Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers and Senior Telecallers to join our growing Ayurveda business. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting Ayurvedic products, and generating sales through effective communication.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

For Telecaller:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Explain Ayurvedic products and services to customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Resolve basic customer queries

For Senior Telecaller:

Manage high-value or priority leads
Guide and support junior telecallers
Handle escalations and customer concerns professionally
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain strong customer relationships

🔹 Requirements

Telecaller:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
Fresher & experienced both can apply

Senior Telecaller:

1–3 years of telecalling/sales experience (preferably in Ayurveda/healthcare)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Leadership ability and target-oriented mindset
