Surgical Mall of India Private Limited is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team.
Position: Sales Telecaller
In-Hand Salary: 18,000–25,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Below 10th pass candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new clients through outbound calls.
- Pitch company services and convert prospects into clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records and achieve assigned targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Negotiation and client handling.
- A target-oriented and professional approach.
Language Preference: Marathi or Telugu speakers preferred. Candidates from Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Bihar are also preferred.
