Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Telecaller to contact prospective clients to sell our air coolers and plastic granules and generate high-quality sales leads. You will be responsible for meeting daily call volume and sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.Key Responsibilities• Make outbound cold and warm calls to promote products/services and generate interest.• Explain product features and benefits clearly, using prepared scripts where appropriate.• Achieve daily/weekly sales and lead generation targets.• Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections professionally.• Maintain and update accurate customer information and call logs in the CRM system.• Follow up on potential leads to convert prospects into customers.Requirements• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a call center role.• Excellent verbal communication and strong persuasion skills.• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure to meet goals.• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.• High school diploma or equivalent.
