Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team
by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer
journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and
a passion for building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns,
networking, social media, etc.).
Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and pain points.
Schedule and conduct initial client meetings or presentations.
Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
Product & Service Presentation:
Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and technical explanations to
prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and propose the best-suited solutions.
Assist in creating proposals, pricing models, and quotations based on client needs.
Sales Coordination & Support:
Work closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between customer expectations
and final sales execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical teams) to
provide customer-centric solutions.
Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions using CRM software.
Market Research & Strategy:
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve
pre-sales strategies.
Provide insights to the sales team to refine pitches and sales techniques.
Contribute to the development of sales collateral, presentations, and marketing
materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or sales support.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., IT, Real Estate, Interiors, etc.].
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
