Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generation Executive to identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling and data-based outreach. The candidate will generate business leads for services including Web Development, Software Development, and SEO Services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups
Use provided databases and online sources to identify potential clients
Introduce company services related to website development, custom software, and SEO
Understand client requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain records of calls, leads, and client responses in CRM or Excel
Build and maintain strong communication with prospects
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of Web Development, Software Development, and SEO
Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
Ability to handle objections and follow up professionally
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
