Sales Telecaller

• Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote credit card products and services. 

• Sales and Persuasion: Presenting credit card features and benefits, understanding customer needs, and persuading them to apply for a credit card. 

• Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns and objections regarding credit card products. 

• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. 

• Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads for potential credit card applications. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. 

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
