Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, promoting our services, and assisting with administrative tasks including creating invoices, preparing estimates, and updating customer records. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Make outgoing calls to potential new customers to introduce services and generate leads.Follow up with warm leads and inquiries to convert them into active clients.Create invoices accurately using Busy (or other required software) and ensure timely delivery to customers.Prepare quotations/estimates based on customer requests and project details.Maintain and update customer databases with contact info, billing info, and status updates.Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounts) for smooth workflow.Answer inbound customer queries regarding pricing, invoices, and service details.Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication and telephone handling skills.Basic knowledge of invoicing and quotation preparation.Experience with Busy accounting software or willingness to learn.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a busy environment.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry).Prior customer service or telecalling experience preferred.
