  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.

  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly.

  • Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

  • Provide accurate information about products and pricing.

  • Record details of conversations and outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Support marketing campaigns through telephonic outreach.
