Job Title: Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, resolving queries, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide detailed information about products/services.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Generate leads and follow up for conversions.
Handle customer complaints or issues politely and professionally.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Prior telecalling/telemarketing/customer service experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
