Sales Telecaller

Meet clients, schedule appointments, and sell financial products such as Loans, Insurance, and Investment products. • Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including organizing files, setting up appointments, and responding to client inquiries. • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify potential clients, and follow up on leads. Market & Competitor Research • Research potential clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings to support the sales team's efforts. • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals outlining the benefits of the Company's products and services. • Track sales performance, analyses data, and report on findings to support sales reporting. • Attend training sessions and study product and service offerings to build familiarity with the Company's portfolio • Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.• Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, application logins, and disbursements. • Submit timely activity reports and participate in ongoing product training and team reviews. Eligibility Criteria • Post Graduates (any stream); background in Commerce, Finance, Management, MBA, or related fields preferred. • Fresher’s and candidates with up to 2 years of sales/field experience are welcome to apply. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Basic understanding of financial and banking products. • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred. • Candidates based in or willing to work in Noida. • Interest in or prior exposure to unsecured lending (Personal Loans, Business Loans) is an advantage. • Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation. • Comfort with high-volume client interactions and tele-sales or field sales environments.
