We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining property details, and generating qualified leads for site visits and sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (real estate experience preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
