Elevate Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment scheduling for site visits.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries
• Explain company projects including residential floors, villas, farmhouses, and commercial properties
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients
• Maintain accurate customer data and call records
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & lead targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for deal closures
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 0–3 years experience in Tele Sales / Real Estate Sales
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or calling software
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Experience in real estate, property sales, or telesales
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
• Willing to learn about infrastructure & real estate projects
