Job Title: Telecaller (Female) – Design Studio

Job Description:

We are looking for a female Telecaller to manage customer calls, take feedback, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for feedback and follow-ups.

Answer incoming calls and handle basic customer queries.

Schedule and arrange meetings for the sales team.

Maintain customer data and update call records.

Share daily reports of calls, feedbacks, and appointments.

Coordinate with the field team for meeting confirmations.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic).

Polite, confident, and comfortable talking on calls.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and maintaining records.

Fresher or 0–1 year experience can apply (training provided).

📍 Location: WA-68 Sector 135, Noida

🕙 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on communication)
