Sales Telecaller

The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing them to the company’s products/services, generating interest, and setting up meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls on provided leads to connect with potential clients.

• Explain company services/products clearly and professionally.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Schedule appointments or meetings and maintain follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

• Share qualified leads with the sales team for closure.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in Telecalling/Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong sales aptitude and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
