Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to join our growing Real Estate team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, pitch our ongoing residential/commercial projects, and convert leads into potential site visits. You will act as the first point of contact between our brand and property buyers, building interest and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database or digital marketing campaigns.

• Project Pitching: Explain ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, including property features, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.

• Requirement Analysis: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend the most suitable real estate options.

• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their interest level and financial readiness, and schedule face-to-face meetings or site visits for the field sales team.

• Follow-ups: Conduct regular, structured follow-up calls with warm or hesitant leads to keep them engaged.

• Data Management: Maintain and update daily records of all calls, lead statuses, and client feedback accurately in the CRM software or Excel sheets.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling targets and weekly/monthly site-visit booking quotas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer care (Experience in Real Estate or insurance is highly preferred, but freshers with great communication can apply).

• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (or the local regional language).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a pleasant telephone manner, and strong listening skills.

• Convincing Power: Highly persuasive with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills over the phone.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
