Conduct daily briefings before each shift to align the team with goals and expectations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain various reports related to sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate and submit daily reports promptly.
Competition Tracking:
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and industry schemes to stay informed and competitive in the market.
