Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves both inbound and outbound communication, follow-ups, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or messages.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure or resolution.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets (if applicable).
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
