Position: Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Level 2 sales calls and connect with prospective customers to convert qualified leads into sales. 80% will be core calling Job.
Take ownership of lead conversion and revenue generation.
Guide and support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, call quality, and sales productivity.
Assist team members in handling objections and closing deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Prepare performance reports and share regular updates with management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a sales process.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in handling escalation and Level 2 conversion calls.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to motivate and manage a team in a target-driven environment.
Graduation preferred.
