Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls and explain personal loan products, eligibility, features, and benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into successful personal loan applications.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the loan process.
Follow up with customers regarding documents, application status, and loan processing.
Verify customer information and required documents accurately.
Coordinate with the operations and verification teams for smooth loan processing.
Maintain proper records of customer details, calls, follow-ups, and applications.
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn additional incentives based on performance.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
