Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Team Leader to lead a team of solar industry professionals in delivering high quality solar installations. The Team Leader will ensure that the team operates efficiently, nurture the given leads regularly and follows up on time. Engages in multiple activities to generate self leads. This role requires strong leadership, a problem solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of Sales engineers, and Ensure the team is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the project’s goals and objectives

• Performance Management: Monitor team performance and provide feedback. Conduct regular performance reviews and assist in career development discussions with team members.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, dispatch, and project management, to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any operational challenges.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, team performance, and any challenges encountered. Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., progress reports) is completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role (Solar industry / renewable energy experience is plus).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of remote and in person Sales Engineers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

• Advance knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet

• Knowledge of energy storage systems (e.g., solar, batteries) is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
