Hiring: Sales Team Leader (Male)

Position: Sales Team Leader

Location: Work From Office

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹33,000 (In-hand)

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of Team Handling Experience in Sales

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Develop strategies to improve sales conversions.
Track team KPIs and provide performance feedback.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience handling a sales team.
Experience in BPO Sales, Website Sales, Software Sales, Upselling, or Banking Sales is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Experience handling a team of 15+ agents.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
