Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing executives, content creators, and ad specialists.

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, etc.).

• Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide improvement strategies.

• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

• Train and motivate team members to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in a Digital Marketing Agency.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
