Sales team leader

Hiring: Team Leader – Call Centre

Location: Near Genpact Building, Sector 18, Gurugram

Work Days: Monday to Saturday | Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a telesales team, ensuring performance targets are met

Monitor daily calling operations via dialer and performance systems

Share timely feedback, performance tracking, and coaching with the team

Generate and manage leads through outbound sales processes

Ensure accurate reporting and data maintenance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as Team Leader

Strong background in outbound telesales / lead generation

Must have worked on a dialer system

Fluent in Hindi and English

Graduate in any discipline

Total experience: 2 to 8 years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (in-hand)
