Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Process Management & Administration CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) with accurate information on leads, accounts, sales activities, and opportunities. Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread standard sales documents, including proposals, service agreements, and client onboarding sheets. Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics for the Sales Management team. 2. Proposal & Presentation Development Proposal Coordination: Assist in developing customized client proposals, gathering necessary service details, pricing information, and standard attachments. Presentation Creation: Create and format professional sales presentations, ensuring all materials are branded correctly and reflect the most current service offerings and value proposition. 3. Team & Client Communication Point of Contact: Act as the internal liaison between the Sales team and other departments (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client-related issues. Inquiry Management: Qualify incoming sales leads (as needed) and direct them to the appropriate Account Executive.
