Job Description

  • Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, and remote assistance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic software and system-related issues

  • Assist clients in using CRM and other software solutions effectively

  • Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution

  • Support the sales team with technical knowledge during client interactions

  • Maintain records of issues, solutions, and client communication

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, or related field (Freshers can apply)

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills

  • Good problem-solving ability and analytical thinking

  • Interest in IT sales and software solutions

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
