Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Staff (In Shop) to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

  • Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in MS Excel, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Convincing Skills, sales and marketing, stall experience is an added advantage.


🌱 Job Title: Stall Manager – Tulips and Daffodils

Location: Play Arena, Hosa Road (Central Jail Road), Off Sarjapur Road
Working Hours: 10 hours/day – 2 Shifts (Rotational Shift)
• Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Shift 2: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week
Weekly Off: Monday or Tuesday (rotational)

Position Type: Full-Time

 


🌼 About the Role

The Stall Manager is the key representative of the Tulips and Daffodils brand inside the Play Arena. This individual will be responsible for the daily operations of the stall, engaging with customers (especially parents and children), managing activities and displays, and ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for every visitor.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

🌟 Customer Engagement

  • Greet and interact with parents, children, and walk-in visitors warmly.

  • Explain stall activities, eco-products, and DIY kits clearly and enthusiastically.

  • Help customers choose the right product/activity based on age and interest.

  • Collect feedback and maintain good customer relations.

  • Conduct engaging DIY workshops (e.g., composting, seed planting).

  • Assist in activity/gift bulk booking for events and package sales.

 

 

 

🛠️ Operations & Sales

  • Set up and maintain all stall activity materials neatly and creatively.

  • Execute hands-on activities/workshops (like composting, seed planting, art gardening).

  • Meet daily sales targets and maintain cash and inventory records.

  • Keep the stall area clean, inviting, and child-safe at all times.

  • Manage cash, stock levels, and restocking needs.

  • Ensure child safety and follow Play Arena protocols.

 

📊 Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain records of daily activities, sales, and customer footfall.

  • Provide end-of-day reports to the main office team.

  • Coordinate restocking needs with the Tulips and Daffodils team.

  • Handle inventory and customer feedback tracking.

 

🤝 Team & Collaboration

  • Collaborate during events and special programs.

  • Help in organizing seasonal promotions, birthday activity packages, and school tie-ups.

  • Support in planning and executing special activity days or campaigns.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

✅ Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (retail, event management, kids’ activities preferred)

  • Skills:

    • Friendly and clear communication in English and local language

    • Basic sales and MS Office skills

    • Creativity, responsibility, and interest in eco-sustainability

    • Ability to work around children with patience and energy
