Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at at Bakers Basket - Baner , East Street . The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly manner

• Provide accurate information about products, offers, and promotions

• Take customer orders correctly and process billing

• Handle cash and card transactions and maintain sales records

• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (preferred)

• Willingness to work in shifts (airport operations)

• Previous retail/food counter experience is an advantage

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
