Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Present and promote company products/services to potential customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM knowledge is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in sales or customer interaction (optional)
