Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented to join Sales Representative our team at VPLAK, Gurugram. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads.

  • Conduct product discussions, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.

  • Manage sales pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Support, Vendor Teams) to ensure smooth order processing.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records on CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.

  • Represent the company professionally and uphold all brand values.
