Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and results driven Sales Development Representatives (for B2B Inside Sales)
to join our growing B2B sales team. The person will work from our office (no field sales involved). You
will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and setting up
meetings/demos for the sales team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with good communication skills
and a passion for technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prospect Generation [MAIN RESPONSIBILITY]
○ Make outbound calls using our in-house dialer to generate leads.
○ Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and
business goals.
○ Personalize your pitch based on business needs and pain points.
● Appointment Setting:
○ Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
● CRM Management:
○ Log all activities, track progress, and manage data integrity in the CRM
○ Provide regular reports and insights on lead quality and pipeline progress.
