Sales Representative

• Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist guests politely and professionally.

  • Guide customers regarding movie schedules, ticket bookings, and seat allocations.

  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

• Box Office / Ticketing:

  • Sell movie tickets and provide information on show timings and promotions.

  • Manage cash/UPI/card transactions with accuracy.

• Food & Beverage (F&B) Counter:

  • Take and process customer orders at concession counters.

  • Upsell combo offers and new products.

  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness while serving food and beverages.

• Ushering & Auditorium Duties:

  • Check tickets at entry and guide guests to their seats.

  • Maintain cleanliness inside the auditoriums before, during, and after shows.

  • Ensure safety measures and assist during emergency situations.

• Operational Support:

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) of PVR INOX.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth show operations.

  • Support promotional activities and events as required.

• Compliance & Standards:

  • Adhere to food safety, fire & safety, and company hygiene standards.

  • Follow grooming and uniform guidelines.

  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.
