Sales Representative

1Sales and Customer Service:

•Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.

•Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and promotions.

•Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.

•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

2Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

•Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Counter

•Ensure products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed.

•Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and displays.

3Inventory Management:

•Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Retail head

•Assist with stock-taking, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.

4Team Collaboration:

•Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals.

•Participate in team meetings and training sessions
