Sales Representative

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Sales Assistant Executive to handle customer inquiries, convert sales leads, and coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth execution of furniture orders. The role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of timelines, customization, and order follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with sales leads (retail / project / bulk orders) and convert them into confirmed furniture orders

• Understand customer requirements related to design, material, finish, dimensions, and quantity

• Prepare and share quotations based on product specifications and pricing guidelines

• Coordinate with the production manager regarding manufacturing feasibility, customization, and delivery timelines

• Work closely with the dispatch & logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries

• Maintain regular sales follow-ups until order closure and payment confirmation

• Update lead status, quotations, and order progress in CRM or task sheets

• Act as a point of coordination between customers, sales, production, and operations teams

• Handle post-order communication related to delivery schedules and basic customer support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities

• Basic understanding of furniture products, materials, and finishes (wood, metal, upholstery, outdoor furniture is a plus)

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / Email communication

• Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines efficiently

• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
