Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote our hospitality services. This role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual guests, while driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and hospitality packages to prospective customers.
Identify new business opportunities in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality sales, hotel sales, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver personalized solutions.
Knowledge of hospitality management systems and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree or Marketing (preferred).
