Role Overview
We are looking for driven, relationship-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will focus on lead generation and account management, while the Sales Manager will lead the team, own revenue targets, and build strategic partnerships with corporates, travel agents, and event planners across Patna and the Bihar region.
Key Responsibilities
Banquet Sales
• Actively solicit and convert leads for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and conferences
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms with clients
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up proactively
• Coordinate with the banquet operations team to ensure seamless event delivery
Restaurant & F&B Promotion
• Drive footfall through corporate tie-ups, special menus, and curated dining events
• Build relationships with offices, businesses, and institutions for regular F&B patronage
• Promote restaurant packages, buffets, and private dining for group bookings
Room Bookings
• Develop and manage accounts with corporate clients, travel agents (TA/TO), and online platforms
• Negotiate corporate rate agreements (CRAs) and maintain rate parity across channels
• Work with the front office team to maximise occupancy and RevPAR
• Monitor competitor rate activity and recommend yield adjustments
General Sales Activities
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets across all three verticals
• Maintain accurate records in the sales tracker — leads, follow-ups, closures
• Represent Hotel Windsor at trade events, exhibitions, and networking forums in Patna
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
