Share vouchers, tickets, invoices, and travel schedules with customers.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat bookings.
Collect feedback after trips and resolve complaints professionally.

7. Upselling and Cross-Selling
Promote add-on services like travel insurance, airport transfers, activities, upgraded hotels, or meal plans.

8. Maintaining Sales Records
