Sales Representative

A Royal Enfield Sales Consultant primarily focuses on guiding customers through the purchase process of Royal Enfield motorcycles, providing expert advice on models, features, and financing, and ensuring a positive buying experience. They also play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and maintaining showroom standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

  Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored recommendations on Royal Enfield models.

• Product Knowledge:

  Provide detailed information about motorcycle features, specifications, financing options, and accessories.

• Sales & Closing:

  Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively negotiating deals and closing sales.

• Test Rides:

  Organize and facilitate test rides, ensuring a safe and informative experience for potential buyers.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

• After-Sales Support:

  Provide post-purchase support, including coordinating with service teams and addressing customer inquiries.

• Showroom Standards:

  Maintain a clean and attractive showroom, ensuring motorcycles are displayed effectively.

• Promotional Activities:

  Assist in organizing promotional events and test ride camps to generate leads.

• Sales Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Product Knowledge:

  Stay up-to-date with the latest Royal Enfield models, features, and industry trends. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in automotive or two-wheeler sales is preferred, but some dealerships may consider freshers with a passion for motorcycles.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are crucial.

• Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of Royal Enfield motorcycles and the two-wheeler industry is essential.

• Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a degree being an advantage.

• Valid License: A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

• Sales Targets: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Customer Satisfaction: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer
