Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Bajaj Equipments Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Job responsibility:-

1. Attend office visiting customers and understand their requirements

2. Provide product information and price to client for making purchase decisions

3. Handle customer inquiries over phone calls and physically

4. Strong customer relationships and follow up on leads

5. Manage showroom presentation

6. Maintain and update customer data, inquiries, and sales records in Excel sheets

7. Achieve the Sales Target

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, presentation, Zoom And Video call, customer handling is an added advantage.
