Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative (Online Sales), you will be responsible for promoting Augmintech’s courses, guiding prospective students, and driving enrollments. You will play a key role in ensuring students make informed decisions and achieve their career goals.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote our engineering courses.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
Provide customized course recommendations and address student queries.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, MBA, or Engineering preferred).
0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Online Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech Counselling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling calls, video meetings, and product presentations.
Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
