Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell FMCG products at assigned outlets.
Explain product features, benefits, offers, and schemes to customers.
Actively engage with customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at the outlet.
Maintain adequate stock and coordinate with store personnel for replenishment.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and promotional activities.
Maintain cleanliness and attractive product presentation at the assigned counter.
Prepare and submit daily sales/activity reports as required.
Build good working relationships with store staff and customers.
Ensure compliance with company sales and merchandising guidelines.
