Job Description:
Vantara Heritage is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining our real estate offerings, and supporting marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, messages and other channels.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
Handle client queries and maintain strong relationships.
Schedule and coordinate property visits.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Assist with online and offline marketing activities.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of sales/marketing and real estate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
