### About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator cum CRM Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, CRM management, order follow-ups, Sales MIS, and coordination with internal departments from order confirmation to dispatch.

### Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the •Sales & Marketing team•• for daily sales updates.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.

Track orders from •order confirmation to final dispatch••.

• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal teams for timely order execution.

Maintain and update •CRM records and customer information••.

Prepare •daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS•• and reports.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally.

• Maintain proper sales documentation and records.

• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure.

• Support the Sales team with day-to-day coordination and reporting.

### Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in •Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field••.

Good command of English in •reading, writing, listening, and speaking••.

Good knowledge of •MS Office, especially MS Excel••.

Basic understanding of the •Order-to-Dispatch process••.
