About the Role:
Bestone Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Officer to manage and grow business in the Sikar region. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, an established network in the area, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned Sikar territory
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and dealers in the local market
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management
Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability, pricing, and competitor activity
Onboard new dealers/retailers and expand market reach within Sikar and surrounding areas
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records/reports
Coordinate with the sales team and management to plan promotional activities and schemes
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain strong business relationships
Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG/industrial products/similar sector
Strong knowledge of Sikar and surrounding market areas is mandatory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge for reporting (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory based on experience)
