Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our real estate projects through strategic sales initiatives, effective marketing campaigns, and strong client relationship management. This role demands strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and the ability to lead teams toward achieving sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project targets
• Generate and follow up on leads through multiple marketing channels
• Identify potential clients and conduct property presentations and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, channel partners, and investors
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and market demand trends
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities, online campaigns, and events
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process including documentation support
• Manage and mentor sales executives to deliver results
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports to management
• Contribute new ideas to improve sales conversions and brand visibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Construction Industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics
• Computer proficiency including CRM tools, MS Office, digital marketing basics
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets
• Leadership qualities and team management experience
