Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives while actively contributing to revenue generation.

This role requires hands-on involvement in lead handling, team supervision, performance monitoring, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Supervise daily activities of the sales team

• Monitor follow-ups and lead handling quality

• Conduct periodic performance discussions

• Support onboarding and training of new team members

Sales Execution

• Handle key or escalated enquiries

• Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements

• Support the team in improving lead-to-conversion ratios

• Maintain professional communication with clients
  
  Process & Reporting

• Track leads and sales pipeline through CRM systems

• Ensure timely and accurate data updates

• Coordinate with operations teams post-closure

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports

• Ensure adherence to defined sales processes
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• 5–10 years of experience in sales or marketing roles

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable with phone-based sales and direct customer interaction

• Experience in real estate, services, or B2C sales preferred

• Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
