Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves selling electronic products (such as mobiles, laptops, home appliances, and accessories), providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable electronic products.

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively.

• Provide guidance on warranty, after-sales service, and product comparisons.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain updated knowledge of latest electronic products, technology trends, and pricing.

• Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

• Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

• Support in-store promotions, events, and new product launches.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum ; Diploma/Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 1–4 years in retail sales (electronics/appliances experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation ability.

• Basic knowledge of computers, billing systems, and MS Office.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
