Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Words Lead (OPC) Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform email marketing (Basic sending emails, follow-ups)

·       Handle call marketing (calling leads, explaining courses, converting inquiries)

·       Generate and manage student leads

·       Promote courses via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

·       Respond to student queries in a professional and timely manner

·       Maintain proper follow-up and update lead status

·       Work with the team to improve marketing and conversion strategies

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Internet usage)
• Basic understanding of email marketing & calling process
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar tools)
• Ability to convince and communicate with students confidently
• Interest in sales & marketing activities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate, and candidate must be a fresher. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
